A Holiday Labor Day party celebration is always fun.

This holiday grew out of a celebration and parade in honor of the working class by the Knights of Labor in 1882 in New York. In 1884, the Knights held a large parade in New York City celebrating the working class. The parade was held on the first Monday in September. The Knights passed a resolution to hold all future parades on the same day, designated by them as Labor Day. Today Americans have barbecues, picnics, parades, give speeches and spend the day with family and friends honoring the working class. Labor Day party supplies like paper plates, napkins, and cups are a perfect way to complete a Labor Day Party Theme. Party decorations like inflatables, and beads ad to the magic of an American celebration. Labor Day loot bags tucked in basket or pinatas can be used as a centerpiece and double as party prizes.
