Ask everyone to keep their ideas secret. Then get the party organizer to print them off, and slip one each into a fortune cookie (can be purchased pre-made in most Asian grocery stores). Distribute the cookies at the office party. Ask the attendees to open their fortunes after their meal, and find the person who wrote it. Get them to stand to the left of the person who wrote their fortune, thus making a big circle once everyone is finished. Then, have the office partygoers read everyone's fortunes out to the group  Have fun along with the guests at the Office party!
