Perhaps you have a local theatre that was recently restored that would hold your office party perfectly, with many of the required Office Party Supplies already in place from the venue. Why not plan out a theme that includes the original, unusual space as an ideal backdrop - say, a Vaudeville themed Office Party? Decorate the space (if the theatre hasn't already) with the colors of cream and gold, and make sure to have an olde-time photographer on hand as well. Your guests don't need to dress up, because the "show" will be your guests performing their own Vaudeville event, with the help of a choreographer, costumer and dance teacher. While practicing, play some old silent films in the background to get everyone in the mood to play their parts.
An Office party that includes alcohol can show a different side of a person so the aftermath should be thought about before drinking too much at an office affair.

game... OFFICE WHAT'S MY FORTUNE? GAME: Have everyone in the office create their own fortune cookie saying, and give them to the party organizer. Ask everyone to keep their ideas secret. Then get the party organizer to print them off, and slip one each into a fortune cookie (can be purchased pre-made in most Asian grocery stores). Distribute the cookies at the office party. Ask the attendees to open their fortunes after their meal, and find the person who wrote it. Get them to stand to the left of the person who wrote their fortune, thus making a big circle once everyone is finished. Then, have the office partygoers read everyone's fortunes out to the group Have fun
